It definitely helps when you analyse why changes aren’t working. My motto: tweak, tweak and tweak again until you have success.

I first started to declutter with a flurried pace...but now, everyday I look around the house and I decide do I really need this item...i have used a mantra " I have enough " ...I have been a collector of things for at least 40 something years...so I am enjoying my joy of letting go of things...joy,peace,happiness,and so much less stress... 💖😊

Part 3| Pacing: We Have to Allow Change "Not To Be FAST." so lots to think about and ponder here.

This was really inspirational. I'm already a major declutterer, and I've almost reached my minimalist goal. But what really surprised me was that all those inspirational wonderful things that can happen in my life, actually apply to my goal of getting a driver's license! Thank you for that

The WHY: what would life look like if I changed the way I changed? I would be way less of a scatter-brain, be more organized and have a schedule in my work and life. I would feel calm and less fearful or carry anxiety less. It would help my depression and motivation. And most certainly to be here for my Art.

part 2 of the WHY: How will life be different when I start making room for what matters to me? Answer: More time so i don't feel rushed, i will not be so overwhelmed by the place i am suppose to come home. I will love being here. I will invite friends over for tea and creative writing. I will be focused on my business/ART with a routine. Clarity, better health. Lightness in my body. my decisions will be made better or easier. will not feel burdened but open and spacious.
