Tiny Terry's Turbo Trip is Like a Janky PS2 Classic

Tiny Terry's Turbo Trip is a comedy game that's part platformer and part adventure game. You play as Terry on a trip to drive to space, getting a job and collecting junk to make that happen.
I was sent a review code for the game and promised it was no strings attached. That's good, because while I do like the game, it falls short in some key aspects.

I haven't felt this touched by a game since A Short Hike. Terry made me realize a lot of things and gave me a bunch of stuff that'll take me years to figure out. I've been like Terry. I've been following my dream like a maniac, and ignoring how my life is falling apart. is it really worth it to reach space if you sacrificed too much in the process?

As a viewer, I found your review to be far from overly negative. Sure, you mention negative aspects from your experience, but you spend more than enough time devoting to the positive ones too. No matter if a work is the next masterpiece, an abysmal flop, or something in-between, a good reviewer owes it to their audience and the work's creator to be as authentic as possible. There's absolutely nothing wrong with constructive criticism, which is what you provided.

I love Wuppo's vibe and thus was interested in this game, but honestly I barely scratched the surface of Wuppo's dialogue thanks to being more gameplay focused at that point. I'd like to support Snekflat again here, but my big concern has been that it seems very limited on the actual mechanical front. Sounds like that is a valid concern. Hopefully I can leverage a raise soon and feel a bit more confident in buying primarily to support.
