@@tomservo5007 In short...none of our business. It could have been a playful nickname that he and his wife had while she was pregnant. There could be any number of explanations (I have not read a biography) and it does not matter. The tombstone was for those who loved the unborn child of Tiny Tim and his wife Vic. It is not erected for you or anyone else to respect.
