This is very spacious and great concept. The bathrooms could have been a bit bigger though. There is enough natural light that it wouldn't feel that dark indoors. Cool house. I could live in it with a few modifications.

Its not tiny and small, it is big enough compare to those who dont have a house at all. Very cozy house in fact.

This is a reasonable layout design. Actually, my house 4x11m, I designed some how same. For the design, toilet at ground floor should smaller a bit around 2x1.5m to widen back door to 3m, so that we can get more light and wind from backyard garden. That's my personal thinking only.

Are you putting the bed on the top of Stove at kitchen? You are burning your body when you're lying on bed. That's not good. Pls change the kitchen direction+ toilet at the ground too.
