Please share more tiny homes like this one, Jenna on land owned by the tiny home occupants and that is a permanent structure. This is a beautiful and thoughtfully done tiny home with a permanent place. When talking about building generational wealth, this is it. Leveraging this asset into passive income by turning this tiny home into a future rental is smart economically. Additionally, this tiny house can be used for multi-generational living. While I love the small footprint of tiny homes, tiny home parks charge a premium for space rent that you never own and do not lead to building generational wealth or accommodating multi-generational living. Please show more videos like this one on owned land that can be passed down through future generations.

You made some great points. I would like to see groups of people start their own tiny house villages, including purchasing the land together. They could decide if their park will be owner-occupied only or allow renters.

Also, people can go with "park models" for a much lower price than even a DIY tiny house. Park models are about 400 sq feet, and at least one company builds them with 2x4 studs like a 'regular' stick-built house, but on a trailer.

Gabriela Jimenez was videoed saying she was enslaved and saw people eating people. She looked sad, disgusted and in shock as she moved her hands to her mouth while explaining how they were eating. She said they smelled like humans. She said billionaire Carlos Slim knew about it. Police took her away and I've read she was never seen again. Gabriela was a little frantic, as would be anybody, and why is she missing now? I've seen at least 4 other people telling of elites associated with the above kind of activities. God's own people were doing Satanism often in the Old Testament. He slaughtered many and booted the rest out of the promised land. He said he would bring them back one day and they would worship him. They recently got their land back but their billionaires are still following devils.

Nicely finished! I have also been contemplating doing a *two-shed* build (in order to meet minimum square footage requirements for a permanent dwelling). Not all states or towns are flexible regarding how small one can go. Hope you find more shed-to-home projects. Thanks, Jenna!

The photo of the home at the 2:01 [& 4:55] min mark is so beautiful! What a great job they did. Reusing/reclaiming all the wood and materials just make it even better! Such an awesome job! & the Airbnb is brilliant... you’ll make your money back ten fold! Love what you’re teaching your kiddos about farming and living off the land! Seemingly Awesome parenting on top of this awesome build! Sending lots of love, wealth and good health to your family!

I wish I could just inherit some land with a bunch of great materials already on it 😮💨 this type of tiny house is exactly what I want to build, and I would love to stop renting and have a back yard for my kids, but we just can't seem to get the leg up that we need to even do something like this. Tried to buy a house this year, since it's easier to buy first and build later, and tiny houses are hard to get permits for in Utah, but this market 😖 we just feel so stuck. Really really hoping more doors open for tiny houses soon. We, and every other young family out there, really need it.

Practical and beautiful use of space. The economics of this and the purpose is clear. This type of value has gotten lost with the commercialization of the tiny house movement. This is amazing and it is not a $70,000 tiny house-it’s much better!!!

Good for you guys! It such a Texan story! There ain't no better place to be IMHO than the Lone Star State. So happy for this couple living off the land. Now get your kids' college investment funds underway so their college will be paid in advance by the time they reach that age. God bless you guys.

Poor kid no privacy no room of her own no place to play inside. Kids at school probably tease the hell out of her for living in a shed. She will never bring no kid from school home. Can you imagine the sleepover? We’re going to sleep with my mommy and daddy. Might be great for a couple and perfect for a single person. But with a kid not so much

Not enough space to raise two children or even one
@Gemma6thSense4 ай бұрын
Not everyone has a choice. See people talk about what one should do when it comes to making decisions about their bodies. Then they make them. And people say stuff. Bc they’re poor or their house isn’t big enough that’s just rude. They made that shed into a beautiful home. I would’ve given anything to have raised my kids in a nice clean small home. Rather than the old home I did raise them in, and then find all kinds of black mold when I was in the Hosp. So who cares. They have plenty of room outside to run. I don’t see those kids looking like they’re not getting enough exercise to me
