I basically live solo now. Just me, my mom and my two kids. Being on the road wouldn't be too much different. My mom wouldn't live with us, but that's about it. I've spent a great deal of my life alone on and off. So... wouldn't really phase me any. Honestly me and my kids would be living our best lives!! 🥰

Inara must explore, despite the trepidations of witnesses. Glad to see a good sturdy harness and leash. Please be extra careful, though; many channels' cats are lost. I think it's harder for them to be safe in new territory all the time. 😭

@@Tiny.Wayfinders My mother's dog was "firmly on a leash" when he was lying on their dock by the lake. My mother left him there for a short time. When she returned, she found him dead, hanging from the dock. He had fallen off the edge of it and the leash had acted like a noose. PLEASE don't ever let your pets near an edge like that, even with a leash. (Gorgeous cabin van, by the way. It's very much my aesthetic.)

@@Mark-um5hc 2003 television show “Firefly” was about a spacefaring captain of a Firefly-model ship named “Serenity.” Captain Malcolm Reynolds became a freelance freighter/smuggler after a civil war between the colloquially named Browncoats and the Alliance. The Alliance is analogous to the Empire of Star Wars, though maybe not quite as deeply evil. Just evil in the bureaucratic sense. The Browncoats fought for planets that wanted to maintain independence while the Alliance fought to bring all the populated and yet-to-be-populated planets under central control.

I adore this van and its lovely owner. Although I'm way older than she is, she is definitely my kind of purrson! The décor is fantastic and so homely. Anna's explanation of everything was just how I'd describe it. She has everything I'd want in a van, and the layout is purrfect 💖 and travelling with animals is a dream too 🐾🐾

We used to have a minivan which we considered converting for part-time travel, but my OH is 6ft 2in and it was a non-starter, despite his creative mind and "can do" attitude. As we do not have enough space to house a Ford Transit sized vehicle at this time, it will remain a pipe dream until we can acquire a parking space (with power) so we can get a vehicle and start converting it. Already converted vans fetch a pretty penny in the UK. Also, not many local authorities like people who wish to park off-grid or boondock, rather than in specified camping areas etc and restrictions seem to be increasing, thanks to selfish and thoughtless people treating the environment like a toilet.

Btw i am the wife that comments, beautiful van build, but i am constantly amazed at van dwellers that have no showers and animals in enclosed van. I can’t imagine not taking a shower every day. And animals have a smell even in a large area. . I guess one gets used to it. Smelly body smelly animals hey go for it.

I'm a trucker if you want a shower everyday the truck stops have showers beaches and parks have showers there are solar 5gal shower bags you can hang anywhere if a daily shower is your priority it will happen daily as far as animals most people drive with Windows cracked or down you get more fresh air than in a house so don't be quick to judge being unhappy and discontent can cause your body to produce BAD body odor toxic emotions can cause many ailments including BAD body odor she's seems like a happy person I doubt if she stinks

Some of us just love watching van life and tiny home videos for the beauty and creativity of the owners. I love my very affordable apartment and prefer to live in one. My smallest apartment was 359 sq. ft. and had the landlord kept the building up, I would have stayed longer. I discovered after signing the lease that he was over his head with too many apartment buildings that he could not take care of.
