Turns out, he has been watching you all along for good ideas. You guys are providing some great information, and people of all kinds are watching.

Ashley, we are in florida's 100 plus temperatures where humidity makes the heat index so much higher. So many of the people who work out of doors such as lawn care people & many sports oriented folks who fish or run, or hike in the extreme heat wear long sleeve out door shirts called UPF 50 + sun protection with SPF rash guard. These shirts are not usually in dark colors, some have a hoodie attached which i love, when mine get filthy from yard work i wash them special to get the grass & dirt stains out. The reason we love them is because when they get dampened by sweat , they have a cooling effect. Sometimes I wet mine to help me cool down . I am at that age when My figure is more in rolls rather than curvy, so I always buy the mens big x large so the shirt does not cling to me. Amazon is one of many places that have them reasonably priced, i also wear them kayaking fishing etc with a big floppy hat to protect me from sun. They may be perfect for your family members in your arizona heat

As I have said before you are just a bunch of bad a**es! Have you ever considered having multiple piles of sand delivered around the perimeter of the house? The amount of time you could save hauling things back and forth would be significant. Especially since you will continue to need it at all of the locations. Just my 27 cents worth. As a counselor I find your candor and openness about getting help refreshing. I'm proud of you. You will never know just how many people have been inspired by your journey to find your smile again... and there it is!!

As. Women we are good at being there for others, our husbands, children , family , friends. BUT if you removed all of them from your picture. You / we stand there and turn in circles. What Now ? Who do we take care of ? It takes awhile for our eyes land on ourselves. Me ? You going to laugh 😂 we truly have no idea how. But life showed me where I needed to start. Commitment to and for myself. I chose to hike up a granite mountain every Sunday alone. This was huge for me. and hugely self awakening ❤ this commitment helped build my strength, my confidence , an appreciation for what I can accomplish for myself. I’ve always been a strong doer , for others. Projects. This was my Devinely guided start in really knowing me . Walking meditation.👍👍🩵❤️💙🙏💓

But maybe you prefer that teenagers can't develope the use of their muscles, can't learn what life and realising dreams is about? I believe your comment is a "luxe- comment" Please, take a look at their earlier videos... they explain how they deal with this issue "kids and home-building". This family is just doing perfect! I am very glad my parents let me and my brothers/sisters work hard at home, my only regret: as a girl my dad never let me construct 😣..., I transported wheelbarrels with sand and bricks. Yay for progress! We're building a house in Prescott using regular construction methods, but I'm still very much enjoying watching your process and progress. I'm sure it takes a lot of energy to keep doing what you're doing. Thanks too for giving mental health an important place in your life and sharing the struggle with us. You're helping to take some of the stigma away from needing mental health help for your audience. It's a part of being healthy! Having two people mixing the filling for the bags must help to make the bags get laid faster. Autumn is coming! Cute shot of the kitten climbing the tree. So the mix is 9 parts AB mix to 1 part Portland cement? Wow, a solid week on course 6! Thanks for all the time lapse shots. Congratulations for finishing the 6th course! Too bad you're too hot and too tired to celebrate your accomplishment! Wow, 13, 94 pound bags of Portland cement at $23/bag to complete a course of hyperadobe bags for the roundhouse! I have some questions... 1: looks like you are NOT using your own soil anymore? 2: is there a possibility to work in the night or very early morning? And than make siesta during the hottest time of the day.. 3: sometimes i worked at construction in france.. the work had to be done... so we hat a bu ket of water and soaked our shirts an took it wet on. Even a light brise gave helpful cooling than. And as we were not so much sweating we kept our mineral loss down. Of course... you had to repest that every hour. After a few days we just took a bathtub nearby and sprung periodically fully clothed in it. Helped us a lot. Maybe this is an option for you also.

Here the UV is worse in the morning than afternoon, and since we have other work, school, etc... we usually do that in the morning so afternoon works best for us most of the time 3. No need to soak our shirts, we just sweat through them 😂 Seriously we do use the mister on the hose to do something similar if were hot.
