Love my LTB Bass XL box, the first thing I noticed about the Skinny Bear Spinner is the main hook was dull as a butter knife. Tyler's catches came on the trailer hook.

I fish at a lake that doesn't have shad. The bass feed on bluegill. Will spinner sits work for them too, I've been very hesitant on throwing one for that reason.

Samuel Wan yes I use a bluegill color spinner bait with 2 silver willow blades from the bank and caught some nice fish in like an hour and a half

Not really tbh braid floats buh it will sink once weighed down.The optimile line for this is 15-20 lb fluorocarbon. Tbh tho you can always get away with using braid/mono with sinking lures and floating lures but can’t get away with both using fluorocarbon. So in short yes you most definitely can use braid with a spinner bait.

I hate trailer hooks. We have pike here where I live and if you throw a spinnerbaits, 90% of the time it's gonna be a huge pike that eats it, not a bass. So it sucks to get those big hooks way out of the back of the mouth of those toothy fish. They're much slimier than bass too and difficult to hold onto.

If its breaking when you tie it, then you're not tying it right. Make sure you're wetting the line with saliva or water before you tighten it.

I use a palomar knot with fluoro on a lot of things like drop shot or wacky worm but I agree wouldn't use it on a spinnerbait uni knot is the way to go. And I would also replace the spinnerbait with a chatterbait lol

Like how with the strike king cut r worm we go shorted. They took the packs and made them smaller and called it custom. Then said that they were 5.29 per pack which is true but you get 7 not 4 that they gave us. Come on ltb or I will be going to another brand.
