i would love to see the final results after all the modifications, i am going to make my own valve and see how much more fps i can gain after i put a new stronger hammer spring in. also putting in a metal power tube to see what that does
@runerebel84419 ай бұрын
I have not done more with it. Guess a stronger hammerspring plus opening the angels in the porting is about it🤔

Love it Rune. I Should really try and abbreviate my videos more i like the style you film it. Softening the angles in the valve channels is a great idea. A 30fps gain is really good for just a couple of springs. I always start the same as you with simple stuff first before cutting or grinding anything. There is one thing I love about these markers is how efficient they are with 12g co2 and how quiet they are. I didnt have anything to lighten my valve spring and didnt want to cut the only spring i had yet so that is on the short list of things to do next. Cant wait to see the 90g test.

Thank you Sean. You make exelent videos of very hi quality. Explaining in detail how things work. Thats great 👍. I think I will grind the angles in the valveports next. Its very fun to tinker with these markers. Before I start with more tinkering I will try it with the 88 gram CO2 canister. Maybe I can get over 400 fps👍💥. Stay tuned for more videos. Take care and have a great day 👍😃

Yes. But I might have to shim the hammer more 🤔. Not sure I can use the rubber band trick with this marker....🤔@@lesslethalfordummies

you know in my profession opinion , you can use a special square are triangle file to enlarge the air channel , putting a softer spring will allow for more air time to projectile , and turning the the very sharp angle to a smoother 39 to 45 degree angle will help air source to transition to barrel to push projectile much easier with less restriction , you are on the right path . i have made many bb and pellet guns and rifles and pistols also shoot much harder buy doing these and more things !!!... one thing i can tell you , putting a harder tougher spring will make hammer hit harder which is good . i have en counted situations where there were hammer stops allowing the hammer to only push the valve pin a certain distance ., ,so i would remove the hammer stop material so hammer could push pin in farther , allowing for way more valve open and air releasing time !!!.. sometimes you have to add extensions to hammer to do this , and sometimes adding more weight to hammer is real good too !!! I HOPE YOU GREAT SUCCESS MY AWESOME BROTHER !!!!!!!! ......

Thank you brother. I had plans to do severl of the things you mention. But for todays video I only put in a softer valve spring and shimmed the hammer spring. It gave me ca 30 fps more velocity with the 3,7 gram rubber balls. Sean will send me some hammer springs he has for it. Then I can tinker some more. Stay tuned for more videos brother 😃

Hello my friend. There is several KZbin channels where they show working on diffrent typers of markers. Check out "Less Lethal For Dummies" channel. He has made a lot of videos on several models. He both work on them and show how they perform after the tuning. Greetings from Norway 😃

I dont know. My marker is new and I have not needed to change any O-rings yet. I think Tippmann sells spare O-rings fro all their modells

i dont like Tippmann technik but for shooting rubber balls or other is not bad . Playing Paintball sucks with this guns
@runerebel8441 Жыл бұрын
Yes, for plinking with rubber balls they are OK. Never used one in paintball games. But they where poppular some 20 years ago.
