That's a great looking piece this Stormer. And the power is more then ok. That tin can was really a heavy metal. And again the Master Rune Rebel makes a great video. Thanks for your great work. Really appreciate your videos.

Excellent video. You should cut out the top and bottom of the tin can then use a rubber or wooden mallet to flatten it. It would make a solid broader target and might not damage the ammo that much.

Thanks my friend. Thanks for the info abouth the tincan. I might try that next time I shoot at one 😃

😂 i knew we would see you sooner than later. Still good power for only 12g in less than ideal temperatures. The double shot i am guessing is your detent might be flattened. Even the Wixon detents flattened, they just take longer. I went back to use the Lokbolt now. 🤘🏼😁🤘🏼 Never mind 🤣🤣🤣 i should really finish the video before i comment.

Yeah. I felt better today and wanted to make a video. With 20-24 joule it has still good power for beeing a bit cold. I will put it the detent you gave me next time I use it. The stock detent has probably flattned since it spits out balls through the barrel. I cut a pice off the black spring you sendt me and used it as a hammer spring shim. Seems to work fine with it. I could have cut it a bit longer, so maybe I try that in a later video. Take care and have a great weekend 😃

It seemed a bit more consistent the second time around. More repetitive numbers.
@runerebel84419 ай бұрын
Yes it was more consistent the second time. Guess its because I put back the sear spring so it stopped shooting in fullauto. I will change the detent before I use it next time. The balls started rolling out the barrel so I guess the detent has flattned🤔

I was wondering what mods you made to your stormer, and if you could make a tutorial on how to shim the hammer spring, Thanks.
@runerebel84418 ай бұрын
Hi. Softer valve spring and shimmed the hammer spring. I had a pice from an old spring that was about the same size as the stock valvespring, only it was much softer. The hammerspring was first shimmed with a ballpen spring. But it was to soft. I had some chines made springs and ended up cutting a pice from it. I put the pice in the rear of the hammerspring pin/rod using it as a shim. This give the same job as a stronger hammerspring. If I have had the right tool I would have drilled the internal volume in the valve larger, plus open the porting and angles in the valve. But for the moment just changing spring tention is all I have done. Cheers

What is the specified Joule's on this one?
@runerebel84419 ай бұрын
You mean right out of the box when new? If so thats normal paintball velocitys. Ca 10-12 joule energy.
@H-M-789 ай бұрын
@runerebel8441 yes, that was the answer I was looking for. Still though it's a little bit unclear for me is the specified "Joule's" on different markers and why the numbers are higher in reality, at least at the muzzle. Or is it so simple that those numbers are only with pure paintballs? (the ammo)
@runerebel84419 ай бұрын
For the paintball markers its the velocity and energy with paintballs. Usually its set to ca 280-300 fps with the 3 gram paintballs.@@H-M-78
