hi girlll :) I just came across your yt channel and it’s so much help!! I do have a few questions though so hopefully your doing a part 2 to this 🙂. I am a first year student so please keep that in mind when answering these questions: 1. I am taking a few online courses because they didn’t fit into my in-person schedule, do you think it’s worth it? Do you prefer online? How interactive is it with the prof? Is the cost effected when doing online? 2. How many clubs/extra curricular do you suggest we join as a first year student? 3. I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that a lecture can be 2 hours long. How do you keep your full focus? Any tips on staying “awake” during lectures? 4. I believe textbooks over time can add up and cost a lot. Do you think you can get away by just not purchasing it and sticking to what’s being mentioned in class? 5. I was looking through my courses for first semester, and by the title of the course I can tell I am not going to like it. Do you think I should still go for the course because it fits into my schedule and try to switch it out the first week of uni? 6. Do you prefer, if I in the first week of uni go back to my visual calendar builder and try to switch out for courses that might open up because that is the prime time when students are dropping courses? 7. Is there any sort of attendance in university, do you need to participate in front of so many people? Even if we have too, how will the prof even know who answered what because there are so many people. 8. Lastly, any tips for students in their last week of summer break? Anything we should get a head start on? Thank you so much!! I’ve asked so many people but i think you’re the only one who can answer my questions the best!!

wow what timing 😭! You’re welcome♥︎♥︎! And yes, from what I understand is that in your first year you get a free ticket to Residence (as in you don’t need any minimum class requirement like other years), but after that you should have maintained a minimum amount of credits in order to stay in residence 😭 which ngl can be a difficult workload to keep up with but you can do it!! (but if you’re still not sure then you could try reaching out to residence or academic advising :’) )
