That’s a dud Idea and they still separating recycle bins??? Australia been doing this since I moved over in 2004

Why are the food bins which are disgusting at the best of times only getting part emptied part empty marking them even whose for the following week .i line with paper it makes DIFFERENCE.l think it’s the operator no empty enongh

For residential pick up the guys don't have time to tap the bin on the hopper to get most of the stuff out. But for people who live in retirement homes their bins get emptied properly because the rear load drivers have the time to bang the bin on the hopper and check inside.
