I was very sad and worried about the boy's intense fear of dogs. I remember that when I was a child, the exact opposite happened: children were not afraid of dogs until they were bitten. But fortunately this was very rare and children quickly adapted and learned to deal with dogs. I don't remember anyone who was really traumatized. It seems that today children are very afraid of everything, even if nothing serious has ever happened to them or to anyone else they know.

My heart breaks for the child. Hes evidently not been around dogs too much or any that he trusts. The mother should take him to visit a dog shelter and let him begin by playing with puppies or even get him his own dog and take him and his dog to classes. The child is very insecure and unstable. Grandma is projecting her own fears and insecurities onto her dog .Humans needed more help than the dog,as usual.

14:34 so cute! I don’t think Cesar was so surprised by his reaction but rather responded to his intensity and realized intervention was needed. Not only that but the guy with the pitbulls got *waaaay too close* for my liking while having very little control, especially for the purposes of this exercise - I imagine Cesar would only agree with this assessment.

I wish I could get help for my dog issues. Or my issues with the dog lol. She's pretty wide open and I can't even take her to a vet. No muzzle, can't get near her face with anything in your hands. Takes a whole lotta time to remove her collar. She doesn't like you to touch her neck. It's such a mess I'm honestly hoping I die before she gets sick or hurt so I don't have to see it. I like to watch Caesar because of his skill, insights and humor.

I used Google Translate to tranlate your comment into English. Yes, that is Grandma's neighbor with his two pitbulls. Cesar used them to show Grandma how to correct Buddy before Buddy barks and lunges at them while walking. Note how the two pitbulls remain calm and quiet when Grandma corrects Buddy at the right time. Buddy doesn't bark aggressively or lunge at them. The pit bulls don't react negatively because nothing bad happens. It's a nice, friendly walk for everybody. Each dog owner should be responsible for his/her dog(s). Have a great 2024 and a happy and healthy 2025!
