I'd like to add that for the tip for taking them out and about, this means at the park, walking your neighborhood or walking around your yard. NOT indoor places where your baby can get others sick. Nobody likes sitting in a restaurant or store next to a snotty, coughing baby

For congestion it helped my little one to elevate his head while sleeping a little, i just put some towels under the top of his bassinet.
