My son will only sleep with white noise. If I turn it off in his sleep he will wake up.

It's so hard when they just can't calm down isn't it. I'm so sorry you had a terrible night. I once remember sitting in the bathroom with the shower on to try and calm my eldest down. The noise seemed to work! Car rides or going to walk up and down outside can also sometimes help. It could be that it was just one horrible night and hopefully it won't repeat itself again 🤞🏻
