I suddenly stopped taking antidepressants after taking it for 1 month now m facing terrible insomnia problem my sleep is totally disturbed.. Even after taking sleeping pills m not getting proper sleep what to do

Suddenly stopping psychiatric medicines may have side effects for many people. You need to consult your psychiatrist again and ask him to give you some other medicines that can help you in both - mood regulation and good sleep. At the same time, set a proper schedule for sleep. Go to bed and wake up at the same times everyday, even if u feel sleepy or tired. Let your body and brain adapt to a stable sleep routine. To help in sleeping, do not take caffeine related drinks at least in last 2 hrs before going to bed for sleep. Do not use smartphones or laptop before sleeping, put them off at least 1 hr before sleeping. Exercise in evening or afternoon to physically exhaust yourself. Do other physical work too..

Depaxil cr 25 morning and night me , And librium 10 at night leta hu. Uske sath me mene gastrologist ko dikhaya to gas ki bhi medicine di muje. Me approx 85% thik ho gaya he,. Lekin kai baar anxiety attack aata he muje. Doctor bolta he ki muje kuch nahi he , magar muje feel hota he ki muje kuch he. Mene sab reports karvaye , even MRI bhi karvaya, sab normal he Abhi uske sath homeopathy bhi start ki he , pehle se thoda aaram he approx 90%. Magar muje body me thoda sa bhi kuch lage to dipression me aa jata hu. Kya karu me ? Me pehle karate bhi achha karta tha , magar jab se ye anxiety ka problem hua to jab bhi karate karta hu to fir se anxiety attack aa jata he
