Fried some tofu, fried that small fish (no clue what its called in english), friad micro shrimp. Lightly fried those quail eggs. Cuts 3 cloves of scallions, 2 cloves of garlic. Two pinch of salt, light touch of ppr, add half big tomato, chopped. Then add fresh chili paste (in paste forms or rough micro cut). Eat with rice.

Might not work as well with medium cooked insides in my experience. They break apart easier
