You can do this simulations individually and export them as an FBX with the animation baked in. Once you have done all of your simulations individually and exported them all, you can then bring them into a new scene and combine them all as you need! Once they have been baked and exported as I mentioned, you will not have to rely on simulating the physics each time which will free up your computers memory by a very large margin.

For the particle simulation of small rocks. Use planes that copy the camera's rotations.

You forgot to emphasize in having a lot of the smoke/dust particles for realism. It should look similart to real-life footage.
