We have complete laws in India that can prevent and punish economic offenders in reasonable time but government officials in all kinds of departments are unable and unwilling to understand the laws. The solving of any crime becomes more complicated when government officials have vested interest or if they are bribed which is very easy in India. I congratulate Mr. Tejas Shelar who has a brilliant mind and energy and above all willingness to help the victims of economic crimes committed by sophisticated swindlers. My experience of salvaging my own case in different circumstance tells me how difficult is this work. The lawyers have the degrees but they are not proficient in all aspects of the laws. I wish the government of Maharashtra or responsible social organizations recognize the efforts of Mr. Tejas Shelar to fathom the depths of the crimes, perpetrators of which usually used to go unpunished.

How can people get money without any procedure? Not a single procedure of MPID has been initiated by the competent authority in DSK case & without absolute order no property can be selled off. DSK investors need to understand no authority can give orders unless & until the absolute order is given by the designated MPID court. After that the accused can challenge this order in High Court. And the competent authority has to appointment in each & every district independently.

Special judge for MPID Act, will decide on the anticipatory bail plea of Ashwini Deshpande, daughter of city-based developer DS Kulkarni, on December 10.
