Dsk ह्यांना जर का लोकांना फसवायच होत तर ते पळून पण जाऊ शकले असते ,पण ते वेळ मागत होते त्याला तुम्ही विरोध केला आणि त्या मुळे लोकांना पैसे परत मिळाले नाही

अजून ईडिने आरोप पत्र दाखल केलेलं नाही. DSK बाहेर आल्याशिवाय लोकांना पैसे मिळू शकत नाहीत. उलट DSK आत गेल्यामुळे लोकांचं नुकसान होतंय.

I am just an observer of this DSK issue & I was convinced before this Vlog that DSK will revert back all the investment of common man. I was one of the " Sushikshit Adani ", but thanks to people like Vijay Kumbhar who kept facts in front of everyone.

DSK MONEY SHOULD BE RECOVERED FROM VIJAY KUMBHAR AND RAVI KARANDIKAR SINCE THEY HAVE INSTIGATED THIS AND NOW INVESTOR ARE LEFT WITH ZERO MONEY ---THIS TWO GUYS SHOULD BE SEND TO JAIL FOR INSTIGATING & MISGUIDING INVESTORS . investors now are left with zero money ---if dsk would have allowed to run his business atleast investors would have got money or flat or land in next 3 -5 years.THIS IS CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF BUSINESSES COLLAPSING DUE TO ILLGUIDED ADVICES & TRP OF BLOGGERS WHO WANTED TO RUN THERE OWN AGENDA.

श्री विजय कुंभाराचे कौतुक करावेसे वाटते, त्यांनी लोकांच्या प्रशनांना वाचा फोडली व योग्य न्याय मिळवून दिला, ते एक नेक सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते आहेत. (तसे मी त्यांना व्यक्तिशः भेटलेलो आहे व प्रत्यक्ष संपर्क होता) त्यांचा व्यक्तिशः काहीच फायदा नव्हता. पण " विनाशकाले विपरीत बुद्धी " म्हणतात तेच खरे. सगळे छान चाललेले असताना डीएसकेंना अशी बुद्धी का सुचावी तेच कळत नाही. गुन्ह्याला माफी नाही हेच खरे. त्यांना त्यांच्या कर्माची फळे भोगावी लागणार, त्यांच्या बरोबर त्यांच्या कुटुंबाला पण. बर्याच लोकांना डीएसकें बद्दल सॉफ्ट कॉर्नर होता. देव करो, त्यांना सद्बुद्धी मिळो, शिक्षा भोगल्यावर परत गत वैभव प्राप्त होवो.

Excellent analysis....but still the hope of victims receiving 50-70% of money back is too optimistic I think....till now the only instance where I have heard of investors getting money back is in the saradha scam where around 4 Lakh out of 17 lakh investors got Rs 10,000 back after many many years...and here the amount runs in lakhs!

Chandrakant Bhalerao u r big idiot. higher interest gunah hain kaya lena?. They are private companies so have to pay high interest for raising fund via fd. Why SEBI and RBI issue notification and permission to raise fund via fd by co. And suddenly SEBI and RBI take away notification just by Sahara scam . SEBI RBI equally blaming.

in a recent vidio dsk says he is ready to go in jail if govt will pay his depositors! wonderful logic as with this philosophy a criminal will break bank lockers steal cash & will be ready to go to jail & govt will pay the bank!! further dsk says he has opened an account where from all the world people will deposit money as donation & from that donation he will complete his projects as well repay depositors & then if 400 crores are collected then dsk will add his 400 crores & will help any such business which comes in problem! very noble thought but dsk what happened to all the money from depositors, flat-holders & banks u hv already taken,? why the projects are not completed from that money, dont u think this answer is more important than such rosy dreamy fund thought? by the way your business is in just cash crunch right now as per u so three years back when u hv enough cash at disposal that time ur own colleague mr phadnis who was also maharashtrean bramhin, his business got in trouble n mr phadnis is in jail right now with his family, who stopped u to go ahead & help him? dsk, enough of ur bluffing as u can fool one person at one time but not all persons all the time? accept this universal truth & in last years of ur career be honest & put forward facts about money of people which u & u family has missuses!! u r afraid to go to jail n u hv no money, this is only truth rest all is ur bolbachhangiri to save ur true face which is corrupt! best part is company clearly says this is donation & no refund or interest will be given but how the doaner will be assured about proper use of funds, dsk has no answers for this! mr dsk issue is u can accept money from a boy who has saved his money he got by washing cars but u & ur son keeps traveling by ac Mercedes & bmw, what moral right u hv got to ask people like pratik kolpe to ask for their hard earned money for ur misdeeds!! and dsk says he has assets of much more valuation than his debts repeatedly then why ask for donations as how much donations he wants to be in place to refund depositors money plus get back his business back to normal, & how much time it will take for all this process, this facts also dsk is not telling!! whole thing is new fraud as the person who cant refund banks as well investors money as he missuses it for his personal lavish life style, who will believe he will use donations for proper use & dsk group is not some charity ngo for which people should give donations from their pockets with no returns!! yet we have got some good soul fools around who will get fooled & drain their money in dsks pocket, god bless!! now on 12th feb hearing dsk will tell to HC that he has floated crowd funding scheme so give him time to collect money through that & grant bail!! issue is dsk permitted to collect more money from public when he is under trial for missus of public depositors money? though he is smart enough to mention money collected under this scheme is non refundable but does that mean dsk will be non accountable for use of this money & who assures use of this money for depositors repayment & in what time span? what about tax on such donations collected as well tax applicable on the donner as what he will show this donation as in his accounts?I will like to ask hon court .. isnt this violation of ur guidelines of not to prejudice depositors as well mislead them? btw today when dsk presented a boy in press conference who donated 11k rupees by car washing on road in crowd funding, dsk was seen still wearing a rado watch worth few lac rupees, need i required to say more?

परप्रांतीय बिल्डर्स च्या भानगडी का बाहेर येत नाहीत???? मराठी मीडिया ने dsk ना साथ द्यावी. Business मध्ये अनियमितता असणे ही सामान्य बाब आहे. त्यासाठी controvercy करायची काहीच गरज नाही. अनियमितता म्हणजे गुन्हा नव्हे. परप्रांतीय प्रसारमाध्यमे परप्रांतीयांना साथ देतात.

परप्रांतीयांच्या भानगडी चव्हाट्यावर येत नाहीत, कारण तेव्हडे ते हुशार असतात, लोकांना फसवून सुद्धा नामानिराळे कसे राहायचे हे त्यांच्या रक्तात असते, आणि दुसरे म्हणजे एक मराठी माणूस दुसर्याचा नेहमी पायच ओढणार, त्याला 'वर' येऊ देणार नाही. (परंतु डीएसकेंच्या बाबतीत ठेवीदारांनी त्यांना चांगली साथ दिलीच होती) त्यांचेच नाणे खोटे, त्याला ठेवीदार तरी काय करणार ?
