Interviewer may be whatever God has made him, he is taking interview, what matured replies "SUPPORT TEAM" is giving : one says goto Court after 6 months (means going early is also ok), Support team is not giving in writing that permanently they are a SUPPORT TO DSK. As d need of money will arise, Support persons will shift to Legal support. Support Team can be of a PERMANENT benefit to DSK, meet DSK analyse his assets into A,B,C category, advise DSK to sell his C grade assets, meet Lenders & fetch money for DSK. U will find DSK will not be transparent to Support team....

guys i am a prof. stock market trader. i am nor against dsk nor with dsk my my experience of last decade in my profession is i earn my money from stock market were it is a continues process of risk management. Every investment in any country comes with a risk factor and you have to study them going forward from hereon. i personally dont want anybody to loose money . there will be again a round of recession that will start in 2019 so do what ever you may wish to do in between the mentioned year to get your money back.(we have not yet recovered from 2008/2009 impact)

ED attaches Rs 904 crore worth properties of DS Kulkarni PUNE: The enforcement directorate (ED) on Thursday attached immovable properties worth Rs 904 crore of city-based developer D S Kulkarni, popularly known as DSK, in the money laundering case filed against him. The action was initiated under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. The ED seized land, buildings, flats, bank deposits, policies and other properties of DSK. The ED stated, “Investigations disclosed that the trio and others conspired among themselves and formed eight partnership firms, including D S Kulkarni and Company, D S Kulkarni and Associates, D S Kulkarni and Brothers, D S Kulkarni and Sons, DSK and Sons, DSK Constructions and DSK Enterprises, under the DSKDL with the sole motive of collecting funds from the gullible people based in Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur and other cities of Maharashtra.” The ED said all partnership firms were projected as part and parcel of DSKDL. These eight partnership firms did not have any profit generating business. Nevertheless, the trio, in connivance with others, dishonestly induced gullible people and collected funds between 2006 and 2017 in different deposit schemes through these eight firms. “The money trail established that the trio with others systematically layered and integrated the funds collected by these eight partnership firms through various high value sham transactions under the cover of capital borrowing, advances against property and director’s loan between more than 40 companies/entities of the DSK group to project it as untainted money and finally laundered the money to DSKDL,” the ED stated. Ravi, I genuinely feel that this individual is giving views without much of knowledge. He supporting DSK is his personal choice, but he doesn't seem to understand the finances of DSKDL at all. The main issue is the fraud committed by accepting deposits in companies not permitted to accept these. Purchasing properties in family owned firms and then selling it at huge profits to his public company is nothing short of fraud. These are inexcusable facts.

Go for Nationalised bank fixed deposits---- Please study the "Bail in" proposal by Govt where Nationalised banks deposits above Rs.1 lacs will not be secured. Risk is to be taken, but DSK knows when his RATING went to D, the reasons thereof, but he did not do anything to protect himself....now his crying, expecting sympathy cannot work. Enough of all these is given for more than 1 year and many DSK Supporters are still giving him d support. DSK has Rs.10,000 crores assets and FD depositors require only Rs. 500 crores max. How can any support persons including Bank take bold step of financing him & hail DSK as a Godly man. Persons asking for legal support will get JUSTICE, but why Spporters to DSK are only questioning others. This is democracy and legal way of getting justice is our right. Pune has contributed Ranade, Tilak who legally fought. DSK also has to legally show that he is reliable. We r at peace and DSK and his supporters are @ peace.

Please study "Standalone" Audited results available of DSKDL & u will be surprised that DSK has left evereyone unpaid since Apr 2016, why CFO resigned, Why I tax had raided & prosecution is pending, Large staff resigned, Related organisations have not paid back the Company in multi crores. Indians have "good tendency" to pardon even Valya/Valmiki, now it may be Mallya and when it comes to "bail-in" we say NO to it.Auditor has truthfully written all the events and Demonetisation, GST business down trend has nothing to do with what DSK has done...DSK has no confidence to listen to others "when they say:DSK u r wrong", but DSK is happy with all those who bring Laxmi proposals like taking money though RBI has banned, not paying Taxes to Govt. --- DSK is giving a wrong example to Honest Society of Pune that :we can take everyone for a ride (by crying) and an emotional Indian will keep quite.

Support Group can take credit of being "Permanent Supporters of DSK", But money will bring a mistrust in the Close Support Group at some point of time & any FD Holder will search for Legal support. MPID law is specially created to check economic offences & every State has to monitor any victims therein, if Support Group feels it right they should write to Govt of Maharashtra to set aside MPID law. Support Group may be right in DSK Case, but what should victims of Sahara/Unitech/Jaypee do? These people also have a Support Group. Presently Support Group is not doing any work, they should do some home work like: meet the bankers, meet the economists, meet the Financial Analysts and show to the WORLD, WHY THEY SUPPORT DSK? It should be noted, The persons that have opted for legal support were very close to DSK, they advised, discussed with DSK to not delay the instalments or comply with the commitments. But 3 times DSK did not keep his word. FD Holder were happy with some inflow, but DSK has not applied equitable principle, only some FD Holders have received and others are not knowing the reason : Why they did not get interest, at least March 2017. Creativity is in whatever side you are, if some are busy in legal work-DSK is made to assemble & present his free assets to the Court. What work Support Group is doing?
