Matt, I have zero understanding of how real estate for renting, or in general for that matter, works as an investment. I think there is a lot to learn from you, but I just want to know one thing. Are there very big differences, and what are they, from country to country? I live in Europe and thought if what you teach is very US specific. Want to start educating myself on matter.
@CanadianRealEstateChannel5 жыл бұрын
I invest in Canada - I have no idea what investing in Europe is like
@renegadezen78415 жыл бұрын
To put it simply, the most reliable and consistent need of humans throughout the entire world is a roof over their head. "Real estate investing" at the end of the day is you selling shelter as your product
@mrbeefy9714 жыл бұрын
We are actually located in Canada, I thought the same about the US and Canada. It can definitely be done. Look up Samuel Leeds on KZbin he is crushing it in Europe. I see this was a year ago have you made any progress in real estate?

I used to work in commercial construction. Time + material jobs were treated like a joke. We would stick the useless guys there and take it easy all day because the more we slacked off the more money the company made. The only limits on this were the general contractors occasionally riding people (in a REI scenario that's probably you).

it' one thing to ask a contractor for business ID, proof of insurance maybe also drivers licence, But social insurance number??? Hell NO!!!! that's crazy. i would never give that to a stranger. i can't believe the guy said he is willing to give out his sin number. that's not the kind of information you should exchange with anyone.
@CanadianRealEstateChannel3 жыл бұрын
It’s a personal choice, but lots of people already have your sin, it’s not really a secret. The government, banks, insurance companies, credit agencies etc - all have which have been hacked at various times? I personally think there’s bigger things to worry about 🤷♂️
