I want to also comment that Prof Sharma brought IIM Rohtak from operating in MDU to its own campus. This is historic. IIM Rohtak has 200 acre campus. He has done so much to improve quality of IIM education and in the process he had to terminate many faculty and staff. These faculty and staff were of communist orientation who did nothing but made mess. I was a student at IIM Rohtak from 2017 to 2019 in MBA program--PGP. I have seen him dealing with latecoming faculty and faculty that did not turn in grades on time. Faculty that did not teach but wasted time. He used to personally sit in classes and watch them teach. He instituted biometric system of attendance for students. He instituted strict measure for quality. I benefitted considerably from it. I love prof sharma

He is the reason why IIM Rohtak, which he is heading, has become one of the best IIMs in such a short duration of time... koti koti pranam sir🙏🙏

Prof Sharma is one the best IIM Director in the history of IIM system. He introduced IPM program a five year degree program in 2018 a unique one of its kind Integrated Program in Management (IPM) that is designed for young minds as soon as they complete their high school. In the year 2021, Prof Sharma is the leader who introduced IPL program. The Institute started an Integrated Program in Law IPL under which, students are nurtured to become managers with legal education in the lines of the Harvard Business School. It is the first IIM to offer a Law degree. The students are provided with an BBA-LLB degree after five years of academic tutoring under the IPL program. All of this is Prof Sharma's vision. He is the most impactful Director ever in the IIM/IIT system since Vikram Sarabhai
