I never have a problem with jetlag, neither am I travelling atm, but I just really love watching your videos and your voice! such a calm, clear vibe. clearly one of my fav youtubers with an incredibly good content. thank you!

I think that the most important thing is to force yourself to sleep on the plane, especially during the long flights. Idk if it's only me, but flights exhaust me, so even if I sleep on the plane I won't have troubles falling asleep when I get to my destination :) Thanks for the video Jodie!

I can relate! I haven't been sleeping properly for a week now. I've been going to bed at 7 am, and waking up at 5 pm 😩
