@ 4:22 save your level 1 (purple) skill books to make skill book pages to make chests that have higher level skill books later - you need 10 to make one chest with the book. It will be random what you get but I can make level 4 skill (red) books at k24. Grab them from wheel of fortune in Tavern (if you see you are not getting any, try to turn off General's Blessing as this too also stops me from getting gems! )

1 have 3 baibars, 1 installed cavalery attack book for monsters, HP cavalery for monsters, and cavalry defense for monsters and other baibars installed similar books but for archers and ground. so 3 baibars installed all specific books to kill monsters for different troop types 😁

I used sanada yukimura as assistant with all three ground monster skill books and went from 3500k wounded to zero. Switched from allasandra that is my ground assist for pvp to this. Also, may want to look at ruik civ gear swapped on main but I didn’t need to.

Sanada is very underrated in my opinion. Good assistant to use with Aethel for all other boss types.

Great video as always. (Still not killing Pan) needed to make adjustment to this statement. I only kill mounted recommended Pan. I spent a great deal of time setting up my boss hunting generals with mounted as the attack troop. I have Aethelfeld + Greene set up for small monsters and max luck to collect all the scrolls i need. For big bosses(b15 to world boss) i am setting up Martinus + Hannibal. Not needing the attack book gives me one more spot for a skill book i want. The Pan Pain is real for players without powerful generals/gear for ground and archers. Setting up a universal fit assistant general is probable the best way to go for free to play(Greene, Sanada, Biabars or Genghis Khan).

Thank you 🙂🙏 That’s because when it comes to bosses, HP is the stat that has the most influence on reducing the amount of wounded troops you get. Defense does help a bit, but not as much as HP 👌

Yes, that’s true and you make a fair point. In that situation, the only options are to continue to use the mounted march to kill the Pans and just accept the wounded, or to start developing the other marches. Depending on what stage you are at, that might not be possible, but as you grow and develop, it’s definitely something that you will be looking to do 😇

Hello Chef Aka, i need a little guidance... again 😅 Can you make a list on how many assistant that can be used for Theodora on high level boss?. I tried to search it on KZbin but i can't find any. I also have Hannibal but he is still low level and i'm not a coiner. Should i put him for my theodora assistant or make him a second main gen for monster killing?. I'm still keep 27 btw.

Hi 👋 I don’t have Theodora, so unfortunately I can’t check directly myself. But generals that usually make good mounted assistants are Roland and Yue Fei. As far as I know, those 2 are compatible with most mounted generals. You can try out any other options that come your way and see if they work with Theodora 👌 As for your Hannibal, yeah, you could make him a 2nd cav gen for bosses if you want. No problem with that 👍. I don’t know if he’s compatible with Theodora, so you’d have to check that out first. Either way, fortunately, there are plenty of options in Evony for Mounted generals. So take your time and see what options become available for you 😊👍

The biggest question would be...are you hunting pan5. I am k38 and i use my main cav general with "cheap" rurik pieces to kill all lv4 pans with it (0 wounded). For Range or Ground i don't have civ gear😢. Lower keeps could use their main cav march to kill pan up to lv3 without wounded....

Thanks for the video. It seems like a big pain to set up extra generals just for a bi-weekly monster event that totally sucks compared to Ymirs. Could you do a part 2 showing some example rallies, solo vs rally, etc.? Also, you can still kill the other types with mounted if you send enough troops and use a general like Aethel with monster debuffs.

Glad to help 😊👍 Yeah, I had put off making this video for a while, largely because of the reaction people had towards Pans. However, once Evony came out and said they are here to stay, I felt it was time for the video. I’d say it should be the same situation for the generals. Yes, it’s a bi-weekly event, but now we know it’s going to keep coming back. Probably best to start trying to make the most out of it 😇 Yes, you can still kill Pans with mounted troops. However, I found that this only really works for the lower level Pans Lv1 and Lv2. With my main mounted march, I can easily kill Ymir 3 with 0 wounded. I tried it with a Pan 3 and got 11K wounded 😅🤣 As for troop types to join rallies, I’m not really sure tbh. I’ve heard different opinions about it, but not seen anything definitive yet. Just go with the regular troop type you use for joining rallies. In my case, 1 mounted troop 🙂👌

Question! First off-Thanks for the vids! If my main gen is Marti.. with march size attacked against monster and hp against monsters.. what other books should I put on my Roland.. as assist .. I have currently (march speed.. monster speed & monster defense)… still on the fence about them three… still on level1 book stil. Any tip?! Thanks a million

Hi 👋 Those books you have on Roland are ok. If you want other options, you can put the regular mounted defense and Hp books on him, instead of the speed books. So you would have mounted defense (regular), mounted hp (regular) and mounted defense against monster 👌 But like I said, the books you have now aren’t bad, if that’s what you want 😇

Hi 👋 Books for Himiko: Ranged Attack, Ranged Range Bonus, Ranged Defense or HP For assistant, I use Gnarr. Himiko is compatible with a lot of generals, so it depends on who you have available 👌

Hi, Thanks for your videos. Informative as always. I'm at crossroads between staying ghost level and training tons of T1s. Do you have any info on healing of T1s when those 200m get wounded - what's the healing cost like? Just worried that since I won't be able to ghost, and if all T1s get killed that healing cost might be too high.

I don’t have any info on the healing cost, but depending on the PvP situation, if all your t1s get wounded, then it will be quite a bit. First of all, your hospital capacity will determine how many troops you can heal. So just multiply that capacity by the cost of healing 1 t1 👌 Depending on the situation, the rest of the t1 troops that get wounded but can’t fit into the hospital will be killed. You can recover a few in the Holy Palace (if you have raised its level high enough), but you will have to rebuild most of them. So just factor in the rebuilding cost 👌 Imo, if you are concerned about ghosting your troops, then I will suggest you hold off building T1s until you have, at least, gotten your wall general refined and set up 🙂👌

Hi bro, can you kindly tell me how the rankings are determined in battles? Any difference in BOC and BOG calculations?

The rankings are basically determined by the points you get in battlefield. The more points you get, the higher your ranking. However, your alliance as a whole must also be above a certain rank for your individual points to qualify to be counted in the rankings. No real difference in how the points are counted for BoC and BoG. However, the way the rankings are split into different continents for BoC is different. This usually only happens during the Ultimate BoC seasons. Otherwise, as far as I know, they are pretty much the same 👌

I mean… I just send my normal cav march and get zero wounded, no matter what the pan type. I was surprised it worked,med but it does.

Depending on how strong your march is, that’ll work for the lower level Pans. Unfortunately, not so for the higher level Pans 😅

@@RedEvony I’ve been using it up to lvl 4 Pans, regardless of the type. Give it a try! Lvl 5 I take wounded but I also take wounded on b16 still, so that makes sense.
