Ok, I have my Part 107 because of Altitude Univeristy. Keep up the good work here. Thank you for everything. BUT, I reside in NYC where the Admin Code restricts Drone flying. So the Federal Government says I can fly. But NYC says I cannot. Unless I pay 150 dollars non-refundable, just to apply! You have to do this 30 days in advance. This is not reasonable. I hope some drone organization is fighting against NYC and their tyrannical rules.

Sorry to hear the rules are so strict in NYC. Some places will make it very difficult to fly there. I've wanted to fly through the Las Vegas strip many times, for example, but will never get approval. Hopefully, as people become more familiar with drones, the rules will become less strict.
