Please can you make a video on how to improve consistency (both no error and shot quality) and fitness (cuz for me due to tiredness most of the error happen too)... If there is any way to do it all by myself without partners help, please share it cuz it's hard to find partner for me . Thanks for your work ☺️

@@badminton_system currently I can't find time to go to gym so I guess other than that everything is fine... Also if there is any way to improve consistency without partner help please share it. (Like I still think wall practice could improve consistency but I'm not sure if I'm correct or wrong, but by doing wall practice we don't have to find for partner or feeder, which is more convenient for us to practice anytime uk).
