Hola beautiful people! This video is about advice that you don't often hear regarding passing the national board for occupational therapy #NBCOT. There are so many great advice out there and I wanted to share advice that I wish someone had told me such as:
1. Stick to what has worked for you - (This is regarding you past studying techniques)
2. Manage your anxiety - (This can be a range of techniques. I only outlined two that I used but don't limit yourself. Other ways to manage your anxiety can be through yoga, exercise, and engaging in other healthy occupations that bring joy/pleasure!)
3. Prevent study burnout- (Ensuring you set a realistic study range for the boards)
As mentioned in the video here are some links I found to be useful :-)
