This has helped me with my freezing feet. Helped me a lot!!! I count my steps now, do not multi task physically or mentally and visualize each step! THIS WORKS!

Thank you so much for sharing this! Yes my training was received in my educational courses on Parkinson's (hence the target audience as being PD here)... however, I'm seeing how prevalent freezing is with ataxia too!!! For this reason, I'm doing some research on custom techniques and approaches for ataxia with the goal to create a video just for you
