I practice solving Rubik's cube blindfolded every other day for around one to one and a half hours each practice. I was focusing on learning blindfolded edge first and then corner and then both altogether. If I were to start, I would practice corners first because there are only 8 pieces to memorizing comparing to 12 pieces. Fewer pieces mean the greatest chance of success and therefore it would boost your confidence early on in your blindfolded journey.
