What can (or should ) I do if the official mediator is the attorney, or one of , of my ex? And not a situation where there’s any common ground - so, the most toxic situation- I don’t want to look unwilling, but I’ve experienced a lot of unfairness already, hitting below the belt, and that’s not hard to do since Im now bankrupt and prose- and they have all the legal backing they want

I have a zoom mediation this month and I'm going for shared custody. I'm nervous because I rent a room for now as a place of residence temporarily and I'm worried that mediation or the courts will not look at my place of residence as a suitable home for the days that I want my son to stay with me..I work full time and make decent amount of money but not enough yet to help me move into my own space just yet. This is the first time I've ever been in this position but the place that I stay is very comfortable and there is not an accessive amount of people that stay there either. I'm nervous of what they'll say because I already know that my son's mom will be implying that she would be worried about that which will continue to make things hard for me at this point in time for me to have a balance of being in my son's life..
