Great tips I got seasick. I did not eat a good breakfast. The sad thing was that there were nurses and emt's on the boat, and no one helped. It was so bad I could not move, so I baked in the sun. So if I see someone seasick, I try to help them get them out of the sun and get them water. I take dramamine the night before and the morning of getting on the boat. Thanks for the videos Chris

Joys of being a fair weather diver. Anything over 2 foot seas and I’m over the side of the boat 🤢. Only thing I’ve found that helps is scopolamine patches. They have been a game changer.

Seasickness is devastating! I get it bad, especially when kitted up, but right meds help…

For meds I can recommend meclizine as the active ingredient. It lasts around 24 hours and doesn't cause as severe side effects. Dramamine makes a version of this called Less Drowsy but any generic brand will do. I'd avoid the "normal" Dramamine whose active ingredient is dimenhydrinate, which is quicker acting and more intense but doesn't last as long and makes you more drowsy which you don't want while diving.
