What’s your white truck? Is that a Jimney? Can we take our own UTV to the park and ride one of the tour bus jeeps into the park?
@LetsgowithHyro11 ай бұрын
Yes it's a Suzuki Jimney and does very well when offroading! You could take the UTV till the park's entrance but not further. The tour-jeeps can take you further but you will have to book this before getting there. The park itself does not handle that.

Great video I’m not a fan of ATV vehicles I always take an enclosed vehicle Jeep or Toyota RAV4 , etc ……..people doing four wheeling should as a number one rule and respect of local people take it easy on the speed you drive . The dust clouds that these 20 or so ATV’s (tour)make is troublesome for local people living near these dirt roads . The dust covers their homes so people should keep a decent speed when traveling through local roads to their destination. Peace out !
@LetsgowithHyro2 жыл бұрын
John... I couldn't have said it any better myself!! Prefer the enclosed ones too. Thanks for your input.
@ewoudm64412 жыл бұрын
Danki Hyro, not a fan of ATV's on the island. All these tours are great sources of income but the noise and pollution do more harm than good. The north coast has a unique ecosystem, the government should try to protect it for future generations. The mountain bike (electric) is a great way to explore the area, even an early morning walk or a late afternoon hike. Horseback riding is a good alternative as well. The north coast is a unique part of the island and I hope it will stay that way! Saludos, ayo

why isn't KZbin showing my comment? Try a company Arubiana if you want to go off road on your own.. They have a great phone app with a map and your GPS location. There is also site locations and descriptions. Great app not to get lost if you're new to Aruba. Great video brother man. Tell Ms. Marleen hi.

We have a 4x4 Jeep rental for 8-hours when in Aruba. We plan to visit several places. Do you have recommendations on places to visit? We are not doing the Natural Pool because of the amount of time it takes to get there.
@LetsgowithHyro2 жыл бұрын
Hello Scott, nice to hear about your upcoming trip. The normal route would be to drive along the north shore starting at the lighthouse. It will lead you all the way to the old Natural Bridge. From there you will have to decide to either continue via Andicuri beach, Blackstone beach and back OR at the Natural bridge, return via the road and enter the national park leading up to the Baby/Rodgers beach. Btw, the Andicuri route is very difficult even for a 4x4 but you can try it if you want.

I’m going to Aruba next week and I want to explore the north shoreline. Where can we rent a Jeep for the day? Also if we go the tour route do you have any good tours you can recommend. I kinda wanna drive the Jeep but I also don’t want to get stuck anywhere especially if my phone won’t have much signal. I’m not sure what the best decision would be. Jeep or tour ?
@joshuabritt56772 жыл бұрын
For the jeep tours ABC jeep tours is a lot of fun. It's has a very fun and entertaining group of guides. For a jeep tour more custom and a bit more upscale there is Around Aruba tour. They offer a private tour in a cab jeep or soft top. As it goes for rental jeeps I've only rented one jeep from more 4 less. It was a nice vehicle at the time. Hope this helped and safe travels to one happy island.

Hello Kaylavonn, sorry for the late reply here, I've had so many messages lately as was on limited connectivity this past week+ I believe Joshua kindly answered your questions in the meantime. I also recommend Top Drive which is good also for a Jeep. Technically you could go wrong with both but the good thing about the tours is that they will take of everything should you get stuck or if the vehicle has a breakdown for example. If you want more an adventure, go for the ATV/UTV. If you want something nicer and a smoother ride go for the Jeeps. Enjoy the island & stay safe.
