I've got a spot removing tip for toys that can't be machine washed. I personally use a mix of: - 1 Tablespoon of dish soap (preferrably one that isn't too scented or chemical based). - 1 Tablespoon of white vinegar - 1 cup of boiling water - 1 cup of cold water All mixed together. Then using an old toothbrush, I use it to scrub the areas that need cleaning, then rinse it off with fresh water and stick it in front of the heater. It's like magic for most stains! I once bought a huge realistic shark plush for $1, but it was filthy! Too big for the washing machine, too dirty to be sold as is. Scrubbed it like crazy with this method, all the dirt came out and it looked like new again. Sold it for $90! I also do this with toys that have painted features and/or aren't dirty enough to warrant a machine cycle. I also recommend a tagging gun, they're very cheap but helpful! This way you can wash tagged plush by removing the tag; washing the plush and reattaching the swing tag again. I always disclose this information if I do this, but most buyers don't care as long as the plush looks as new as possible.

Try using baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Together they cause a powerful and very diverse cleaning solution thats still soft enough to use on our own skin and even teeth. I use it as a facial scrub before i shower because the scent is of course vinegar. But nonetheless i havent come across any product that compares in performance, cost and chemical free. I've sold Fisher Price Cozies before, actually sold one not long ago on my Etsy shop for $124CAD. It was the pink bunny one with the bowtie. Then a few months ago, I found another one. Have not sold that one yet, need to clean it up first. Like I commented on your other videos, plush sell well for me to and I love all the vintage ones the best!

Thank you for making this video. There were definitely several new to me plushies that I have seen but not picked up before. I use an oxi clean spray treatment on any plush that I am going to run through the washer. I let them sit for 10 or 15 minutes with the oxi on them and then just toss in the wash. I have successfully dried quite a few plush too. Magic eraser is one of my favorite reseller tools!

This is such a good video. Thank u so much! Lots of great info. For the ones that can't go in the washer, I've used regular Shout in the spray bottle & also for certain bad stains I use this stuff called Angelus Easy Cleaner. Now, the Angelus is a shoe cleaner. I sell shoes often so I was desperate once & tried this on what looked like a rust stain on a plush. Took it right out. So I always make sure I have this cleaner on hand. One more thing, the Nintendo or Sega character plushes can also be a good find depending on the brand. For instance Sonic the Hedgehog or especially his side characters like Amy always sell quickly for $$. Like a Jazwares or Anniversary, some Kellytoy ones, Toy Network, etc. I've personally had luck with these brands but there are others that are WAY up there so always check those if u come across them.

Tide stick/pen for stain removal. I've used it on CPK dolls, porcelain dolls, and on the bottom of coffee cups where the cup comes in contact with whatever its sitting on.

Hi, I recently came across a few World Plush Inc stuffed animals with listed items numbers on them. I can not find these animals on any sites whether EBay, Amazon, Offer Up and etc. I was wondering if there are any other methods of locating the names or any other information on them? Always check sold comps on ebay! Price competitively, take good pictures, have good lighting👍good luck!

surprised how many are fisher price. out of simplicity, could we just buy any fisher price plushy we see, and chances are we'd make a profit, or are there fisher price ones that are worthless?

Not necessarily, I mean unless you can get them for free😄there's a lot of fisher price plush that isn't worth much. No rhyme or reason to it lol, the vintage ones you have a better chance and it being valuable I suppose but there's still many that aren't worth it, always check comps😉
