I live in Corning New York and many of my old family worked for Corning glassware which is where the home of the Pyrex is. Pyrex increased in value not only because it’s of the durability but because Corning glassware, Corning Inc. no longer owns it or makes it. Which drives up the value because you’re not gonna find it anymore but only the old stuff.

Remember everyone. These items he’s showing are FOR SALE. Not the sold price. Also lots of these have “free shipping” attached. Shipping off that glass ware for instance with its weight and dimensions would be expensive. You also have to store it while you wait for someone to buy it. You lose money on shipping and eBay fees/promoting the item and you also have to pay for the items you buy before you flip them. You also have to buy the packaging, printer ink ect. Let’s no forget the petrol, taxes, time spent listing 😂😂

I've done pretty well flipping stuffed animals/plushies. Most of the time you can find them at a decent price and they are so easy to ship! I've been reselling for a few years now on the side and it can be fun... but so much work! I got my boyfriend into it and he's made two huge sales! One was on Magic cards we found! $20 into $1219 (price after sellers fees). He beat my best sale by a landslide. :)

I just want to say that selling records is TOUGH! I once bought a bin full of hundreds of records from the 70s and 80s from an estate sale of a guy who used to work for a radio station. I had the hardest time selling anything beyond Elvis and the Beatles.. and there were some great ones in there: Bob Seger, The Doors, Zeppelin, Van Halen, Hendrix, etc etc. They were all in excellent condition in their original sleeves. I made a very small profit in the end, but I wouldn't do it again, that's for sure. Definitely not saying it's not possible, it probably is, but it's much harder than it sounds.

I hate picking up electronics! If they’re given to me for free I will look them over and try to price them accordingly and see if they work etc. so on. But as a reseller I don’t like buying them it’s too risky they are broken a lot of times and people lie and then you like you said they want a lot of money and you don’t know if they even work so I just don’t deal with them. But I deal with just about anything else except for electronics and again only if they’re free and given to me
