What do you think about.. making a loan in order to invest .. just to invest into an asset?

That will leave you with a debt, you dont want to be in debt. Also you never know how long you will hold on to those investments, could be 5+ years, during those 5 years all you will have in your head is that debt. I would recommend getting some kind of income, even a small income is good like a part time job. That way you will make money, and you wont have to worry about any debts. Thats just my advice, goodluck

@@xoxolycadaniel8574 Companies have a cash flow, so theyre not worried about paying of a debt. If you dont have a secure job or a secure income, i would avoid looking for a loan. If you do have a secure job or income, then it wouldnt be a very bad idea to get a loan of a bank. If you can pay that loan off with no issues thats even better for you when you want a bigger loan or a mortgage, the bank sees you had a loan before and you repayed it, thats good rep in the banks eyes👍

You can’t save your way out of debt nearly as quickly as investing your way out of debt. I once heard Dave Ramsey tell a caller to sell a buy to let property to clear debt. That’s poor advice in my view. Cash flow can pay down debt….
