Tips On Living A Healthy Life As A Pastors Wife | Off Script with Debbie. In ministry, many times we can be so busy caring for others that we forget to take care of ourselves. Dr. Greg Smalley shared: “People often avoid personal care because they think it is being selfish. In fact, the opposite is true. The fuller you are, the more you have to give. The more you have to give, the more you are able to serve God and others. There is nothing selfish about that.”
We are going to look at 3 areas - emotional, spiritual and physical - all important to keep us healthy. Healthy leaders produce healthy people.
