Hi Bern, thank you for watching, actually mas comfortable na hindi stuffed ang tummy pag kumakanta. Ang cause ng pag sakit ng throat ay dahil na stretch sya, kaya dapat magamit natin ang ating diaphragm para hindi ma stress at sumakit ang throat. Thank you. God bless you.

Ma'am Wala pong air sa tiyan or sa diaphragm. Kung magkaron po ng hangin sa tiyan yun po ay kabag and we don't use kabag sa pagkanta hehehe ✌️

Tama 👍 ang hangin ay nasa lungs at supported by the diaphragm (a muscle that supports the lungs) to bring out a good voice quality. God bless you
