Thank you for your video. My condo is for sale. My tenant is refusing all showings. When I tell her by text or email that a realtor would like to see the condo at a specific time, she responds, “stop harassing me”. All the attorneys I’ve called a very busy and I haven’t been able to get any help.

One of them always those that refuses the only way they dont refuse is when a take to people to be witness. And with the proper notice that i had given.

I will be giving my new renter a 24 hour written notice to enter the fully furnished unit for the following reasons: 1. for the routine 6 mo. mini-split maintenance of 2 AC units in the dwelling, inspecting the fire extinguisher, & checking the smoke alarm. My law, the renters also have to keep the unit clean and sanitary & remove garage. Unfortunately, I am very concerned that this tenant is not keeping it clean. Don't think she has done any laundry or cleaned the unit (happened to go to her door to collect the rent- the blind was open😳😖).

IMO, landlords should have every right to inspect their property for ‘general’ purposes several times during the lease with written notice. Time and again, responsible mom and pop landlords who actually gave blood and treasure to build their modest rental units are anymore seeing successions of tenants trash their properties and blemish the neighborhood in fundamental violation of lease agreements. From having not only pets but neighborhood menaces, unmaintained yards, un-shoveled-snow sidewalks (municipalities fine the landlord), don’t report plumbing issues, amass interior and exterior garbage then complain about the vermin it attracts, and worse. Here in the NE US, liberal tenant protections are so fierce - it’s nearly impossible to evict a tenant for any reason. And with state sanctuary status and the uncontrolled population influx it’s wrought, housing has become a Hunger Game. To cushion the crisis, my state has been seizing whole bands of properties by eminent domain, and doubling down on rent control - oh I mean ‘rent stabilization.’ Am I a landlord? No, but used to be. But never again.

You as a tenant have THE RIGHT TO DENY PHOTOGRAPHS of the interior of your home being taken by realtor. You as a realtor do NOT have a right to just take photos just because you think you can. Your status ain't that important. My house is for sale, and I AM NOT allowing photos to be taken of the interior of the home. NOPE. And I have every right to say NO to photos! I don't want my shit displayed online. That's how residences get broken into DUH.

exactly, I am moving but they want to be showing the place while Im in the process even though Ive paid the rent to be there for that day
