I’ve successfully finished decorating a tablecloth with sections of the Veronka pattern. But in choosing the colours I was guided by this tutorial. I chose my colours exactly as you said, my highlights, leaf colours, petals and so on. I also drew on your tutorials (and the original lessons I attended at Lane Cove) for which stitches to use, stem, fly stitch, satin, back stitch and French knots. My original Veronka printout from the kit has been getting a real workout. I’m pleased to say that I’m getting so much better with my stitching and am very happy with how it turned out - so many many thanks Kasia and Happy Christmas. All the best in the new year ❤
