Hi, I’m 46 was trying for baby number 3 before COVID occurred. Now I am back in the game been tested my doc says everything looks good but says he can’t understand why I’m not getting pregnant. He says sure my uterus is a little large with a fibroid on the outside next to my left tube but both tubes are open y uterus inside is good. I told him it’s caused i gained 20lbs that I am trying to lose. I have never conceived when over weight. So I have been working out more. My doctor told me to take OvaVite, D3, CoQ10, Omega3. He told my partner to take CoQ10 and D3. I wasn’t aware of any of these. However I eat lots of bell peppers, berries, spinach, sprouts etc daily. I cannot take fish oil but I take vegan Omega 3suplement. I am 43 and so far I passed all tests and no problem found. AMH 1.17 and this weekend I start taking injections.

Thank you so much for the reply ...looks like it's little expensive in India if i go for all ...can you please please suggest one or two ...i had both my fellopean tubes were blocked and took laparoscopic treatment and unblocked one after the surgery i got pregnant in a month ,that was fourteen years ago ..Ten years before when i tried fir the second baby ,we tested again they said i got blocks again .. Now wanted to have a another baby...my periods are regular for past three years just the dates fluctuates 28 ,30 ,32 and 35 days cycle ....I'm not sure I'm ovulating ,cos these days my flow is only for 2 days it used to be 4 ...but i get abdominal pain around ovulation time... please suggest me which medications i should go , instead of all ,they are quite expensive...

To be honest it's very tough in the age but I m not hopeless till.my ttc journey is for 10'years. There r seven times miscarriage and 2 times IVF failure. I have multiple chocolate cysts and those did not operate. Would you please advice me how to have healthy pregnancy though my amh is low too? Thanks

@@evergreen3783 Okay. May I ask if you know if you are still ovulating? You can know most definitively by charting your BBT or using a device like a fertility tracker.
