Thank you Tammy for some great tips. I take good care of my skin & sometimes we are our own worst critic. A few weeks ago I was at my daughter's & they were going out shopping and asked me along. I declined as all I had on was a tinted sunscreen, brows, mascara, and lip conditioner. My 17 year old granddaughter said Nana you don't need any makeup, you have better skin than most of my friends. I added a bit of blush, filled my lips in with a pencil and gloss & went out the door. Menopause has really changed my hair. I have gone from slick straight to naturally curly. Also I have always been ash blonde and it has darkened. My gray seems to be all in the front. So I let my natural color grow out and had strategic highlights added. Especially in the front where most of my gray is, followed with an ash toner. Along the front, because of the gray my hair is almost the color of my childhood. Yes I wear my hair long & proud. Another little tip. My lower lip has lost volume. I add a little shadow under the lower lip giving the illusion of a pout. No matter what a cheerful smile is every woman's best asset. xoxo

I am a long haired gal too! SO many people have told me to cut it all off! Why? I like it long and it will remain long. I take care of it too. WE all need a good laugh and you will laugh at this: I started using Babe Lash and my eyelids have darkened. I was not aware that this was a possible side effect. I have been so low and down because I look like a Zombie with dark lids and my inherited dark circles. Thinking to myself "what am I going to do to lighten my eyelids? I don't know how to do that!" I figured my ship had sunk and I am now officially OLD and not feeling my best. I get carded for being a senior ..... lol I really do. Hey Tammy! I love Lumify! Your lips look very voluminous! I need to bump up my lip game! I bought the glam 35 and it does stop the feathering! Revitalash is my jam! I have backup! My lashes look amazing! I use the sarot eyelash curler...also love the shu umura. Honestly all I need is the Elta MD as my foundation...I do use concealer and blend where I need it. The candid glow is on my list. I use Mac mineral powder and it doesn't accentuate my fine lines! Love it! I like peaks too! I'm 5 yrs older then you! I don't do injectables! Never had any! Tammy, I watch your videos periodically and must say you are looking FABULOUS! I am not sure if you said this, but straighter hair (in my opinion) makes you look younger! I love your curls, but just felt that on the days you did less with your hair, the younger it made you look! Hope you take this as a compliment, I bring it up due to the nature of the video. Also, being physically fit makes a big difference in looking younger. In my opinion. I know for sure I look younger at 52 than I did at 49 when I was 70 lbs heavier. Thank you for the great advice!

You have such a healthy approach mentally about aging - you don’t want to look 25 - I agree about the face lift. I haven’t done Botox or lips, but I have done nasal labial folds and cheek fillers, because my fuller cheeks have slid down my face and my jaw looks wider because of it. The game say the eyes age people but honestly my mouth area has really what’s done it for me. I’m afraid of being too plump, and if I keep filling I’m also afraid of changing my face shape too much - I think people who don’t look like themselves actually age themselves because of it - especially around the eyes. Think about stars who have naturally hooded eyes who suddenly don’t - they look unrecognizable. Sorme’ has beautiful lip liners - probably my favorite. Their brightening pen concealers, eyeshadows, and translucent powder, and brow powders are great. I haven’t tried their foundations, blushes or bronzers. I think more people should talk about them.

Love you Tammy. You look so bright and beautiful and the little things you do makes a difference on those of us who are over 60. I went short with my hair. I did have a bob but I went to a pixie style a couple of years ago. Sometimes long hair drags the face down. If it is long, you really have to work on making it lift up. Too many women just let it "string" down and do not color it. Some let it go completely gray. That is one style, me, I color my hair and I will till I die. Your hair is beautiful long.

Wow! I am impressed! I am 72 and my make up, hair color, and philosophy about looking our best as we age really are on the same wave length as yours. I was originally a brunette but have gone to a golden blond to soften things up. I am not ready to go grey-white! That could be a whole other video! Hello! I really enjoyed today's video; my first-time meeting you (especially loved your long-hair info.) I have near waist-length, quite-thin hair, which I only have cut once way back in high school. I have been coloring it since the gray started many years ago, and have been agonizing for more than a year whether to cut it or not. I should tell you that I'm 76 years old!! If I cut it and don"t like it, it will not grow back. It doesn't get any longer any more. I'm widowed since my thirties and have a home and yard to care for--and must fix many things many male partners may usually do myself. So I must have a style that I can put back or up. I take care of myself, and am a make-up hound and am always conscious of my appearance. It's fun to hear about new products, although I 'm not into the glitzy stuff. My bigest problem hairwise is it is SO thin. The ends are thin and stringy, not attractive. I'm tempted to give up on it but don't want to be sorry. I'm SO GLAD I found you, and would LOVE more info on long hair--even if it IS old! 😉
