Thank you Tammy for some great tips. I take good care of my skin & sometimes we are our own worst critic. A few weeks ago I was at my daughter's & they were going out shopping and asked me along. I declined as all I had on was a tinted sunscreen, brows, mascara, and lip conditioner. My 17 year old granddaughter said Nana you don't need any makeup, you have better skin than most of my friends. I added a bit of blush, filled my lips in with a pencil and gloss & went out the door. Menopause has really changed my hair. I have gone from slick straight to naturally curly. Also I have always been ash blonde and it has darkened. My gray seems to be all in the front. So I let my natural color grow out and had strategic highlights added. Especially in the front where most of my gray is, followed with an ash toner. Along the front, because of the gray my hair is almost the color of my childhood. Yes I wear my hair long & proud. Another little tip. My lower lip has lost volume. I add a little shadow under the lower lip giving the illusion of a pout. No matter what a cheerful smile is every woman's best asset. xoxo

I'm 27 but absolutely adore your videos because they show all of us that we don't have to "age" as we get older (as in the social construct of doing all the things that you're 'supposed' to do as your get older - physically, of course, we have no choice). I found that switching from pencil to powder on my brows helped grow them out. I think that the pressure of the pencil stunts growth. Also derma rolling helped mine grow. You look beautiful

I am a long haired gal too! SO many people have told me to cut it all off! Why? I like it long and it will remain long. I take care of it too. WE all need a good laugh and you will laugh at this: I started using Babe Lash and my eyelids have darkened. I was not aware that this was a possible side effect. I have been so low and down because I look like a Zombie with dark lids and my inherited dark circles. Thinking to myself "what am I going to do to lighten my eyelids? I don't know how to do that!" I figured my ship had sunk and I am now officially OLD and not feeling my best. I get carded for being a senior ..... lol I really do. Great tips especially for someone like me (65) who’s never worn much make up through life. I would love to see a video on long hair on mature women. I have waist length hair and considering a change. You have such a healthy approach mentally about aging - you don’t want to look 25 - I agree about the face lift. I haven’t done Botox or lips, but I have done nasal labial folds and cheek fillers, because my fuller cheeks have slid down my face and my jaw looks wider because of it. The game say the eyes age people but honestly my mouth area has really what’s done it for me. I’m afraid of being too plump, and if I keep filling I’m also afraid of changing my face shape too much - I think people who don’t look like themselves actually age themselves because of it - especially around the eyes. Think about stars who have naturally hooded eyes who suddenly don’t - they look unrecognizable. Sorme’ has beautiful lip liners - probably my favorite. Their brightening pen concealers, eyeshadows, and translucent powder, and brow powders are great. I haven’t tried their foundations, blushes or bronzers. I think more people should talk about them.

Would really like a video on hair (or lack thereof) and aging. Really don't want to turn into the crazy old lady with a wig on backwards but I need to do something to feel better about this situation. My skin looks pretty good for a 70 year old, no deep wrinkles. Good enough that when I was a patient in the hospital several nurses came to see what I used on my face. Definite ego boost.

I would love to hear you talk about hair this way. I just passed the midway mark of 49, and I've loved your channel for some time (though, oddly, I only subbed today - an oversight, I assure you!). I have had long hair 98% of my life, sometimes, excessively so. I definitely have people who say they like it better short, but ***I*** like it long. However, I'm getting older, and I don't think I'm pulling it off as well as you are. Help a sister out!

I’m not 60 yet but I’m knocking on its door..lol. I turned 57 in August. I love this video. I’m growing my shoulder length hair longer so am watching and learning from your hair journey. I had a medical menopause resulting from a hysterectomy and I hate how DRY everything is...and I do mean EVERYTHING. My skin on my body, regardless of moisturizer in-shower and out of the shower, is so itchy and that just exacerbates the dryness issues. Btw I ordered the Inika eye shadow palette in Island And the 2 lippies in the set. I’m loving this set so much I ordered the limited Edition day to night eye shadow palette with 7 shades from Amazon. Love you Tammy. You look so bright and beautiful and the little things you do makes a difference on those of us who are over 60. I went short with my hair. I did have a bob but I went to a pixie style a couple of years ago. Sometimes long hair drags the face down. If it is long, you really have to work on making it lift up. Too many women just let it "string" down and do not color it. Some let it go completely gray. That is one style, me, I color my hair and I will till I die. Your hair is beautiful long.
