Gosh, I don't mean to make you uncomfortable with flattery, but you sure can tell that you've taken excellent care of your skin! I know, I know, good genes don't hurt, but just as this video started, there you sat with rollers in your hair and no makeup on, and I am just struck by how glowing and lovely your skin is! I've seen many comments over the years about how you look good no matter what you wear. And how can you not when you start with such a lovely canvas! It's clear your as beautiful within as you are without! Enjoy the sunshine, sunshine! ☀️😘

Love your videos Tammy. I recently took a step back from what and who I was watching on KZbin bc I felt, for myself, that it was just a waste of my time when there was so many other things I could be doing. However, that said, your videos are always 100% of the time worth my time to watch. So enjoyable in every way. I too am 61 and wow - Getting older is not for the weak. BTW, I love your smoothie recipes.

Hey Tammy, love the chatty format of this video. You should do more of these. About a year ago my husband and I decided to go vegetarian/vegan I didn’t know what to eat, it was daunting. We started mostly vegan and we ate a lot of beans and lentils, lettuce etc. I have learned from that experience. Where we have settled is that we will eat fish occasionally, next to no dairy and next to no gluten. With a lot of research and recipe searching we have found some wonderful recipes that provide us with a healthy balanced diet. We also supplement with vitamins just in case. Good luck with your food journey it is worth it. I have never felt better in my life and I am a tiny bit older than you are. Lots of love. PS not sure we are going to be able to get to Florida this winter. We are watching the Covid cases in Florida rise and it is really scary to us. Right now the Canada US border is closed and we do not know how long that is going to last. Stay safe stay healthy.

I have an 80 pound golden doodle and I am 60 years old. He’s generally very well behaved but has pushed my limits a few times, particularly when going to the groomer. I bought a “pinch collar” at the local feed store.. I think they were originally designed for kids to show sheep and goats. It has a quick release designed like a choke collar, but has tines that will work through a heavy coated dog. I saw a dog trainer recommend this for large dogs with significant coats. I am judicious with it and it works great!

Good advise for the younger women coming behind us. I count my health and even looks as blessings all the time; good genes when it comes to my face, because goodness knows I've spent my life outside as a mountain hiker and a serious walker taking care of fitness, health and weight. So many "surprises" we encounter every so often once we hit older age (we age differently so no age certain except to say after menopause), not fun surprises. Count your blessings and always be prepared to make lemonade out of lemons!! I love ice cream and very good chocolate things. Thanks for the fun conversation and the laughs!! Shelley from San Diego

My Teddy can be 70 lbs of naughty around other dogs and little children because he wants to play. When I see another dog/child ahead I gather up the leash so that Teddy is right at my knee/leg and I grab his martingale collar so I have full control over him. In the beginning I just had to stop walking and hold this position until the other party passed us. Now Teddy knows that when I bring him in to my knee, he needs to stop jumping/barking and we can actually keep walking like normal people. If I keep the leash slack, he goes wild around other dogs/children. At my knee, he behaves very well. I got the tip from a dog trainer. I’m just a gal who loves big furry dogs. PS - I enjoyed this chat/get ready video sooo much!!!
