Good advice! Writing did help me a lot, as well as painting and drawing. Finding a creative outlet, without thinking if you're good at it or not, whether it can turn in into a career or not, is one of the healthiest things you can do for your mind, imao

I agree part of my morning routine is going for a walk then coming home and straight away going to my chooks and spending half an hour with them then I make a cup of tea and sit on the verandah in the sun and give some love to my cat. He looks forward to it every morning and so do I 😊. Animals bring out the best in us.

Therapy would really help you, like with the anxiety around responding to people etc there’s always a deeper problem that needs to be fixed before you can actually work on the actual problem or else it will never truly be fixed. There are reasons behind everyone’s behavior that’s important to fully understand so we can efficiently fix ourselves.

My daughter and I agree ... a good morning routine, healthy eating habits, meditation, yoga, a nature walk, less electronic devices, a good night’s rest🧘🏻♀️🌱 We also enjoy turning on my salt lamps and having our crystals surrounding our home.“ enjoy the little things “
I love your videos. Your spirit is so true. I've also dealt with anxiety. I have lots of little tools like calming tea, a heating pad on my belly (or a hot water bottle) to slow my breathing, yoga, and yes, exercise helps so much. Lifting weights - I use my sandbags from my photography equipment - is something new I'm trying. Makes me feel so strong. Eating plenty of healthy fat and protein is important too. And using my nose in the great outdoors! We forget how many amazing scents there are in nature. They bring us back to the present and help us breathe. I could go on and on. Remembering animal stories - blue whales way out in the cold ocean ... non-human stories are so calming.. Looking forward to more videos. Take care.

You are so sweet and beautiful! I've been following you for years and your videos have kept me company during some lonely times. It's great how you mentioned the only person we can accurately compare ourselves to is...ourselves! I took control of my mental health almost three years ago and the difference between now and then is astounding. Three years ago I was too afraid to leave my house on the weekends, terrified of dating, and stuck in a job I hated because I was too anxious to try something new. Presently I am in love for the first time in my life, almost done with my first year of nursing school, and look forward to the weekends to get outside and play in nature. I'm sorry you've been going through a hard time. You have all the tools to make your life better! Love from Northern California, xoxo Kelsey

Trying to meditate can be so hard, especially if you live with other people. My therapist told me it's okay to stay up late if that's the only alone time you can get in and really, it can be very liberating. Seeing the moon in the sky and watching the sun come up can be so comforting. It's like a reminder that you don't need to rush through life. Everyone is different, though

I just want to say if you don't have any purpose or dreams/ goals in life just like others are running to, it's ok it's not necessary all 7 billion people should have big big goals and dreams to achieve some don't really have such things (I don't have) so let's set tiny goals to better ourselves from within and accept ourselves as we are ...
