Sarah, I started watching your channel when you started because I was on a journey to become healthier after being told I wouldn't be able to have kids with my husband without medication. It was so rough but I started to research all things health and you came up. You inspired me to eat healthier, stop using toxic products, and want to be a better me! 2 years ago, I finally got pregnant without medication. You have always been my inspiration. So thankful for you❤️ sending you so much love From San Diego, California 🌊☀️

I've been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and OCD. (And PTSD.) I used to be very active when I was a kid. 9 years of dance classes (mostly ballet), I was on the volley ball team, and I did track. But as an adult I stopped. Finally (at the age of 33) I have started kettle bell weight lifting. The first time I did it I was in pain for 4 days after a measly 10 minute workout! But after that it gets easier and better. It actually helps to relieve anxiety and I actually feel more creative and less depressed too!

The morning is my worst time & when I open my eyes I just want to go back to sleep and hide. When you said that you feel anxious in the morning I felt lighter. Most people emphasise having a morning routine but not many openly discuss those anxiety inducing feelings and tension that can arise. I'm looking forward to trying your tip tomorrow!

Thank you Sarah for your share. I admire your work and have dealt with anxiety myself and a few things that have helped me overcome anxiety for good is working with the 12 Dimensional Shield, which is calling on my God Self to shield me from external energies and forces that do not serve my Highest God Source. It's also really helped me to enact my shield right when I rise and then declare an intention before anything else is presented/absorbed. The one I use is "My declaration of intention is to serve my Highest God Source. I commit to serve my highest God power, fully completely and totally. I am God. I am Sovereign. I am Free." This has helped me so much in ensuring self love as my top priority and has assisted me in knowing what serves me and ones that don't so that I have energetic discernment of my influences. Self Love is important in know what is yours and what is not welcome. It's ensuring that one's needs is met with intention, awareness, and discernment so that one may live lovingly, peacefully, and gracefully. I hope this golden love heart helps! 💛Best of Love.

I love what you said regarding your dog. Even tho this is totally not the same, it reminded me of my toddler lol. He can be a big source of stress for me because of his energy and constantly making messes but then again my life wouldn't be complete without him in it. Sometimes I need to take a step back and just be GRATEFUL that I have an energetic, happy son, who is full of life and love. Thank you the good perspective. Much needed reminder to cherish the ones in our life even if they bring us stress ❤

I struggled with anxiety for the last 3 or four years , daily even doing the most basic things. I’ve improved so much this year especially with these videos! It’s crazy how many people suffer from it and it’s so awful. I’ve been meditating lately and using the thoughts about what you’re grateful for and I have not had anxiety at all in a few weeks. I’ve decided to get into gemstones 💎 love them. Love your videos!

I love how genuine you are here. You are a beautiful person and we all struggle with anxiety from time to time, love. I have been experiencing a lot of fear too the last 3 months. It hasnt been great but its been getting better now. I quit my job in december because it was a madhouse over there and it triggered me to run internally everyday. I was soo so busy and it caused me to burn up. Now Im working a a natural health store and Ive been teaching drawing classes at home and I feel more and more like me everyday now. Im a very creative person and I love natural health and being in an office environment didnt suit me at all. I do most of the things you mentioned and it helps me greatly as well 😘😘😘😘🤗

I love that product you showed us, I've been using some of those spices and herbs to put in my tea and coffee without knowing that it was an actual thing. I can never get the blend right but OMG HOT COCO. I will be buying that. I've always wanted a hot chocolate without a ton of sugar and more health benefits. Thank you so much for explaining new ways / your ways of dealing with stress and anxiety. I am a senior at a state university who is hopefully graduating in a month from now. Nice to see how many people you help. If you can't do gratitude journal every day, it's even good to do it when you think about it-even if only every 10 days or 30 days reduces the stress of having to do it 'every' day. Then, when you look, even after 30 days you can say, oh...what was I thankful about 45 days ago. Oh...cool.:)
