Do you need a battery plugged into the esc while doing this with power on? Or is the USB all you need for the programming? This is way different than I use to.

hey I have question I got a hpi baja flux and one of my lipos keep on swelling it's a 35c 14.8 4s could it be the battery or the programming of the esc

Thank you for your reply one of them is absolutely fine only a little bit warm and the other one swells up and becomes dead I put in the Baja at the start 2x 14.8v 5000ma 4s 35c and purchase the adaptor to plug into the PC it's for Castle Creations Mamba X does it work on creations mamba xxl esc that comes with Baja flux I did put a pic up for the adaptor what voltage should my ESC be is it 3 .3 volts I know The Baja take high drain batteries _lh3.googleusercontent.com/Z3X0f6mfmP5BjJb07nEbje2Dux0118XMR7-UXNtNKJvKe4sgXrcXtaXYkPAnaZrvYnct2T-msg_

I forgot to ask to use the adaptor on my baja Flux do I have to plug in my lipo for it to work for the PC
