When you said you bought a SHERPA pet carrier,I had the biggest grin on my face 😃😃 I just bought a SHERPA carrier 2 days ago! It was kinda pricy but the quality is good is good & hopefully it will last a long time.👌🏾 It’s my 1st time buying a carrier for either of my dogs (shame on me lol). I’m flying with my dogs for the 1st time from NYC (my hometown) to L.A. I’m excited but I’m a little nervous. Idk how fidgety they’ll be during the flight or if they’ll be scared during takeoff or landing. I’m keeping my fingers crossed & this was a great video & you had great tips! I love to see my fellow devoted dog moms 😊😊🐶🐾

I have watched sooo many videos teaching them to like the bag but not a single one got to the part of carrying them around... you just answered the hurdle question I've had for the longest about how to get them comfortable with the carrying part... thank you ❤ we will be trying your way for all our bathroom in home trips from here on out ❤

I am thinking to buy the same bag you have, I have a pug and we will be travelling from Mexico to France. I see in the video that your dog is a little bit higher than the bag it ok like that? they did not say anything to you at the airport because of that? I ask this because some people are telling me that the dot needs to be straight stand inside the bag (I personally didn't believe that otherwise it should a bag quite tall) so I prefer if you can help me with this doubt. thanks

bred hed :o yeah, I left already and came back. It wasn’t bad but it made the whole flight and going through the airport so much longer and difficult considering that I did 14 up to 18 hour flights but it’s still manageable.

Your dog looks so much like ours… so sweet! You mentioned Air Canada…. Have you since flown other airlines? We’re taking our little one to Italy with us, but from Texas~ I guess it’s doubtful they fly from Austin 🤷🏼‍♀️🐶

I hope to be adopting a bichon friese/mini poodle mix next weekend. I am hoping to travel with her versus boarding when I have to fly. The pet I want to adopt is around 12 pounds. Is Herc a bichon friese? Herc looks very much like the cute little girl I want to adopt. Also do you know Herc's weight? The adoption did not work out but I found a really heavy duty carrier - www.amazon.com/dp/B002N65VPI. For transporting pets around in a car I would probably go with something which had more ventilation Maybe consider a Sherpa or this one if you want more ventilation - www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Black-Soft-Sided-Pet-Carrier/dp/B00QHC0050.

I’m flying from Manchester UK to Toronto next month with my dog, she’s a small Pomeranian and I’m so concerned airtransat will say she’s too big and put her in the hold, she would for sure die because she’s extremely attached to me and doesn’t travel well unless I’m there

How does it work with cats and bigger dogs? The airlines that allows pets, do they always let your pet sit were you sit? I have heard of pets being put in a separate room(which seems traumatic for the pet), but I'm not sure if it's true... I'm glad it works so well for you and Herc and that he actually enjoys flying :)

joapps My wife and I traveled (by car) up to a higher elevation and our dog suddenly squealed in pain and began acting very strange. We discovered later that his ears popped from the elevation change. Scared the heck out of us, but he turned out to be fine.
