Finally, someone who uses the drippings. I've watched 100 KJ videos and everyone seems turns the drippings into smoke. This is much better. Practical and traditional.

Thank you! And yes, that’s correct. Latch will not click shut. Just make sure your ring is centered on the grill and you don’t have any large air gaps around.
