Yeah this seems super slow I have seen a bartender pour 12 drinks at once this looks like I'm a be waiting for minutes
@tisurmaster4 жыл бұрын
in a year or two, it'll pour 1 drink per second or faster. I can design a much cheaper and faster system. This one is for show only.
@featherman94 жыл бұрын
This is more of a spectacle, there is nothing stopping them from an automated system that doesn’t require so much moving. A hundred hoses connected to bottles and pumping out the exact quantity into a shaker/mixer, it mixes it and then puts it into a cup. These things are just to show off at Vegas hotels.
@tisurmaster4 жыл бұрын
@@featherman9 That was what I was thinking too. The funnel just needs to be rotated and washed. That's such an easy part to design.
@featherman94 жыл бұрын
@@tisurmaster Its very simple, you can use those "new" coke machines, I believe they are called "Freestyle". They can serve over a hundred different flavors of soda and they do not take up a ton of space. Mixing alcohol is very different because they all do not run off of a base recipe with flavors added to it but still it should not require any more space then they would already need to dedicate towards storing their alcohol.
@tisurmaster4 жыл бұрын
@@featherman9 I've used those, they are premixed, but yeah, the same concept.

This will take many jobs away from people if it becomes the new norm. 😞
@jish554 жыл бұрын
it's already becoming the norm, and not just bartending, but in almost every job that only requires manual labor. Think about self check out, driver-less cars, programs that properly diagnose conditions, etc. These are things that truly started becoming integrated in 5 years, but are already becoming more common (with driver-less cars on the verge of becoming the norm within cities now). In another 10 years, around 30-40% of all jobs will be fully automated, and in 20 years, that'll easily jump to over 60% without enough jobs to replace the ones lost. Because of how much automation work like a human does, but faster and more accurate, it'll become less viable for many businesses to hire humans, as it'll just be more of a liability and more costly, so they'll turn to automation, which is already fairly cheap and will cost the same as hiring one person for a year, but unlike hiring a person, the robot won't quit, won't stop working, and will never call out sick or require medical leave or a paycheck. It's time we start pushing for a UBI, and start demanding our politicians realize what's going on since soon, tens of millions of people will be out of work, and in 50 years, that number may rise to over 100 million.
@kurgan12914 жыл бұрын
It's no good having all this automation if there are no people with money to spend and use these services. Ubi needs to happen now! Before it's too late.
