Ingredienti:
300g Lamponi surgelati
300g Fragole fresche, tagliate a pezzetti
100g Zucchero semolato
150ml Acqua
1 cucchiaino Estratto di vaniglia
350g Panna fresca
500g Mascarpone
75g Zucchero a velo
400g Savoiardi (o dita di dama)
Istruzioni:
Preparare la salsa:
In una pentola, unire i lamponi surgelati, le fragole fresche e lo zucchero.
Scaldare a fuoco medio-alto, portando a ebollizione.
Abbassare il fuoco e cuocere a fuoco lento per 5-6 minuti, fino a quando il composto si addensa leggermente.
Filtrare il composto attraverso un setaccio per separare il liquido dalla frutta.
Tenere da parte la frutta e lasciare raffreddare la salsa.
Preparare la crema:
In una ciotola pulita, montare la panna fresca con uno sbattitore fino a formare picchi morbidi.
Incorporare delicatamente il mascarpone e lo zucchero a velo con una spatola fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
Aggiungere la frutta frullata (senza il succo) e incorporarla fino a distribuirla uniformemente.
